You deserve to feel confident - exactly as you are.
Coaching for women in tech and leadership.
In Berlin and worldwide.

I once heard that I needed to "men up" to be taken seriously in a team full of men.
This was not happening in some outdated industry. This was happening in a modern company in Berlin, one of the most progressive tech ecosystems in Europe.
And if you are a woman working in tech or leadership - chances are you have heard something similar. Maybe not in those exact words, but the meaning was the same: be less of yourself to be seen as credible.

Hi!
I'm Wiki, I'm a Berlin based Coach for Women in Tech and Leadership
I support women working in tech who want to feel capable and confident exactly as they are, but somewhere along the way started to doubt their own value.
You might be here because...
You speak up in meetings, but don't really feel heard.
You would like to grow professionally, but you feel that you're not good enough for that.
You have a lot of great ideas, but you don't believe in yourself enough to actually share then with anyone.
You carry the weight of work and home and somehow still feel like you're not doing either well enough.

You doubt your own skills despite years of evidence that you're good at what you do.
You're exhausted from constantly having to prove yourself.
Is any of those sounds familiar for you, I just want to say that it's not an isolated experience and that many women face those challenges.

What's important is that you don't have to figure that out alone.

Working with me, you will..
Manage your anxiety and build more confidence at work.
Speak up, ask for what you want, and stop waiting to be invited.
Apply for the role you've been eyeing and convincing yourself you're not ready for.
Set boundaries that stick at work and at home.
Stop constantly compromising who you are to fit what others expect.
Find a rhythm between your professional and personal self that doesn't feel like a constant sacrifice.
Because no matter where you are right now, you truly deserve all of this.

"Wiki is really intuitive, she is able to pinpoint what is important in exactly the right moment.
I've learned to have more trust in myself and remind myself that I have navigated challenging situations before, trust that I can believe in the work that I'm doing and the capacities that I have."
Nina, Netherlands
"Wiktoria helped me clear the noise of total confusion to find my own internal clarity.
I realized that the change I needed wasn't a completely new job, but a new way of existing. I’ve emerged with healthier boundaries and the realization that I already have the tools to give myself what I need."
S., Ireland
"Working with Wiki during a particularly chaotic period of my life was an incredibly grounding experience.

She guided me in identifying my core values and helped me understand how my daily choices either aligned with them or moved me further away from them. That clarity was incredibly powerful."
