You know that feeling when you have something to say in a meeting, you know it's important, but you wait long enough that someone says it instead of you?

Or when you're offered a chance to lead something and your first thought isn't "yes" but "am I really the right person for this." You have learned to hold back and it just feels so normal now, that it feels impossible to change it.

It's actually possible, and I'd love to tell you how I can support you with that.

I'm Wiki, a Berlin based Confidence Coach for Women in tech.

I was born in Warsaw, have called Berlin home since 2018, and have spent the last 10+ years working with teams and individuals in leadership and coaching. But honestly? I never expected to end up in the tech world.

My Story

I've always been a people person. I studied languages, was fascinated by culture, and built my early career around human connection and leadership. Coaching felt like a natural evolution and when I moved to Berlin, I stumbled into the Agile world. Something about that way of thinking straight away clicked for me. In 2022 I joined my first tech company.

And then I had my own struggle.

Being a woman without a technical background in a tech environment was humbling. I had to work hard to find a common language, to earn my place in the room, to bridge two very different worlds.

And what I discovered was this: the barriers we face at work are almost never just about work. They are about how we see ourselves, what we believe we deserve, and who do we trust more: ourselves or the imposter syndrome?

My Coaching Philosophy

You can be highly skilled, well respected, even senior, and still feel like you're waiting for someone to tell you that you're allowed to take up space. I don't think you need permission. I think you need to look at yourself from a different perspective and see how capable you already are.

We don't just work on symptoms, we look at what's happening underneath, so you don't just solve one specific situation, but you build a foundation to really feel confident and allow yourself to take space.

What I hear most often from the people I work with is that they finally feel safe enough to say things they've never said out loud. That means everything to me. Because real change only happens when you feel truly seen.

I'm a very empathetic coach, who really listens and look for meaning in small things that you share, because those details are often most overlooked.

If any of this feels familiar, I'd love to talk. Book a free discovery call and let's see what's possible for you.

"What I love about working with Wiki is that we don't just find a pattern, some new behavior and then we practice it 10 times. We really go deep, she makes a space for me to say things out loud, look at them from every angle and really understand what's beneath."

Beyond Coaching

Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me biking around Berlin or surfing in Portugal. I love hiking, long philosophical talks with my partner, and yerba mate (or a glass of wine) on my balcony in the forest.

I'm endlessly curious about the inner world, spirituality in a very broad understanding of that word, Jungian psychology, and the strange, meaningful coincidences life sometimes hands us. I think a lot about what it means to become fully yourself, both in my own life and in the space I hold for my clients.

I always look for a meaning, and that's what I want to support others with:

finding meaning in their own life.
