Coaching for Women in Leadership
Stepping into leadership is one of the most natural growth paths in tech, and one of the least prepared for. One day you're an individual contributor, the next you're responsible for a group of induviduals. It is extra hard for women stepping into this role, balancing market expectations and their own values as a person.
Together we will work on you becoming a leader that you would like to have yourself, grounded in who you are and your individual values.
3 months program (6 bi-weekly 60 min sessions)
This is for you if you're a team lead, engineering manager, tech lead, senior PM or a director looking to lead with confidence and integrity

Check-ins in between sessions: I usually respond within 24h

Analysis of your team situation: we don't look only at your leadership style, but help you adapt it to the your specific situation
